Poems & Hymns

Christmas, Christmas, Christmas, Come let us Rejoice
Do not confuse Christmas and April the fools day
It is sombre story, That I'm about to tell
I left you but for me you are not far away

Christmas, Christmas, Christmas, Come let us Rejoice
'S Jesus knocking at door, Shall we Welcome Him
'S Jesus knocking at door, No it's not a dream!
They went up from the Galilee, For it was so said!
They knock at your door and they beg, it's hard to accept !

They followed up the Eastern star The Wises that came from far
They gave the little child all their present as they are

He came talking about is Father pacing in our world
He taughts forgiveness, and us Peace have we kept his Word?

des fleurs de tendresse

Do not confuse Christmas and April the fools day
Christmas is not about gifts, wine and turkey
Christmas is not in December when the year is ending

Christmas Eve is not the middle of the night
Christmas, like a candle is the light
Christmas, the lamb is born, is spring

Christmas, the all mighty is weak and trusting
Christmas, God is humble and begging

Christmas ages ago will be ours tomorrow
provided our hearts are full of love and not of sorrow
des fleurs de tendresse

It is sombre story
That I'm about to tell
Tonight the inn is crowded,
A couple turned away
This is solemn story,
Mankind never changed
A child is born but not of man
Shall we believe ?

As in some bygone fable
A manger must suffice
No earthly comforts round Him
The shepherds do their best
Christmas for the poor,
For those turned away
Christmas hope is ours
A Son is given for all

Christmas for the wealthy
Tinsel on the tree
A fire in the hearth,
Let's forget reality !
T here upon our table
A magnum of champagne
Let's raise our glasses
F or a toast - "Fortune and Fame!

No room in town that season
For strangers gathered there
And our own lives are stifled
With mean-ness in our hearts
S0 Jesus came to show us
The fullness of God's plan
Christmas love will pardon all
A world redeemed

A t Christmas joy is ours,
F or Christ has paid the price
B ut Christmas for the others
W hat shall we share with them?
This Christmas hope is ours
A son is given....
A joyless for many
W hat will the y receive ?
A joyless for many
S hall we welcome them ?
des fleurs de tendresse
left you, but for me you are not far away,
As my hearth is filled with tears and love that burn
Like fire all my past, even if return
Is not for sure, I know there is only one wat

To go, through life till the end, in war and in peace,
From time to time submerged by sorrow
Or overwhelmed with joy, seeking some relief
Or like a Candle shinning through the window

In the midst of the night, being a sign of hope,
Whether the sun shine or the rains falls on the lawn,
Wherever I might be, Isend you this note

To all of you, you I may call friends,
for all your gifts or just a smile alone,
I thank you for all, before my journey ends
